VICO Logistics provides you with actual sailing dates within major ocean carriers for container shipping and beyond.

Frequent changes to the carriers' schedules make it critical to have reliable data for the best possible solution. This is a powerful resource for Manufacturers, Importers/Exporters, and NVOCCs/Freight Forwards/3PLs to plan container bookings or analyze vessel movements and transit time.

·       ETD – your estimated time of departure

You should fill in all of the information fields to get the most accurate schedule with your shipment.

Then, you can check shipping schedules by routing, by port, by vessel, or by the carrier.

2. Cargo Tracking/ Shipment Tracking

Regardless of your business size, our operation teams provide 24/7 support to ensure you will always be up-to-date on your shipments. For further support, we also allow you to check shipping schedules directly with the many ocean carriers that work with us.

Search by your Container Number or Bill of Lading to track information of your cargo. This search will lead you to the Official Logistics Tracking page.

When you enter your Container Number of Bill of Lading, there will be a list of carriers that can provide tracking data for your shipment. Click the “Search button” to proceed.

Step 1: Provide information about your company, contact and what services we can offer for you then click “Next step”

Step 2: Provide shipping details so that we can provide the most correct shipment quotation to your logistics need.

After you enter the correct information, your input will be recorded to our system and our sales team will contact you for a quotation.

4. E-Booking

The protection of data, private or corporate, is important to us. For this reason a registration and log-in are required. Only registered users have access to the E-Booking System.

5. Payment online:

We offer 3 methods for payment that are easy-to-use, fast and secure ways for all clients include:

 - PayPal Transfer: Users can set up PayPal account and pay a fee for each cash transaction. Your payment will be proceeded in a simple, quick, and secure way.

- Banking Transfer: customers can perform direct money transfers through their account into VICO business’ bank account. Contact us for more details on the transaction.

- Cash on Delivery: We also accept COD which recipients can pay for goods/services at the time of delivery rather than using credit.

The documents are sorted between import and export and are downloadable for use. Please ensure that all documents are filled in accurately to ensure minimal delays.
